This truly is a unique and elegant pendant and would make a great talking point.  The Heart Shaped 10ct Swiss Blue Topaz is a medium blue with wonderful clarity and measures 15.5 x 13.5 approximately.  The Topaz is bezel set in a 9ct Yellow Gold band,  then framed with a 2.5 mm wide band of polished onyx and then framed again with round brilliant cut diamonds, there are also round brilliant cut diamonds on the bale.
 
There is a total of 52 Diamonds which are all beautifully bright and lively.  There are 46 diamonds measuring 1.3mm in the Heart Shaped frame with another 6 diamonds graduating from 1.6 to 2.3 mm set in the Bale.  
 
The Pendant measures approximately 29.5 mm at its widest and 38mm from top of bale to bottom of pendant and weighs 15.8 gms.  Height 7.3.  All these weights and measurements are approximate.
 
The pendant can be worn at a short or long length, on a chain, a leather cord or a ribbon.
